			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;">When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people  to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another,  and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal  station to which the laws of nature and of nature&#8217;s God entitle them, a  decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should  declare the causes which impel them to the separation.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">We must not be worried about the republican or the democratic status that one person may be or that we may call ourselves, but we must start referencing ourselves as Americans. We must start demanding from those seeking political offices or those  who are currently holding political offices, that our most precious and inspired Constitution will be upheld and restored.  Restored in the manner that our God had intended when he inspired the Founding Fathers of this great nation. By doing so we demand that the 16th, 17th, 14th, 23rd and 12th amendments must be repealed, in order to restore this nation&#8217;s greatest form of constitutional republic the world has ever seen. In order to fully secure  our rights, freedoms, and personal liberties that only come from our God and our Creator.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The federal government for years now has increased the tyrannical bond on it&#8217;s citizens with the means of taxation without representation, with federal laws and regulations in the name of special interest to line the pockets of certain companies, unions, and politicians with riches that they do not deserve.  Through those means of federal laws, taxation, and regulations it has created bureaucracy beyond our wildest dreams to which the tyrannical bond has also increased on it&#8217;s citizens and their lively hood. The federal government has allowed for years now a private bank instead of it&#8217;s treasury to issue currency, control our money system and control inflation beyond our wildest dreams, which is tyranny. The federal government has for years now sent our troops to undeclared wars in the name of nation building and democracy for the world.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">In closing this is a declaration to our elected officials and those seeking to be elected to certain offices, that we as Americans are demanding our freedoms, liberties, our rights and our prosperity be given back to us,  we the people. We are demanding that our Constitution be upheld and restored once again. We are demanding that the taxation with out representation along with the regulations and the laws be repealed. We are demanding that the entitlements will be scaled back to the point of being repealed, which would allow all men to be free. We demand that our national defense must be secured to protect against invasions. Lastly we demand a sound currency and not one that is printed from some special interest private bank.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>About two years ago I encountered an interesting circumstance at about one o&#8217;clock in the morning when I had a knock on my front door from the local police officers patrolling the street that I live on. They had said that this 19 year old kid had confessed to throwing a rock at my car a few different times causing a bit of damage to my car. They had seen him doing cartwheels and somersaults across the street when he decided to run over to my side of the street to do that crime. This kid&#8217;s only reasoning to why he had did what he did was that &#8220;the spirit made him do it&#8221;. It is and was my opinion at that time that the kid had something seriously wrong mentally upstairs. So as the police officials finished up they told me that they were going to prosecute this kid for causing damages over 1200 dollars so that he could be charged with a felony. So after the police had left I got to talking to the kid&#8217;s parents to find out that this was his first offense and that he had been struggling for some time now. That he was a good kid with good intentions. So I had made the offer to his father that I would get the quotes of how much it would cost to fix the car, and that he would have the opportunity to make amends and that I would also talk to the prosecutor to reduce the penalty for the crime as long as he got the help that he would need. So that next day I went around town receiving quotes so that I could then call his father totally about 800 dollars, not 1200. Two days later his father drove to my house with the full amount that came from the kid&#8217;s savings account to pay for all the damages. Two weeks later the county prosecutor had called me to find out what I would like to see happen, in which case I had said that he had payed me for all of the damages and that my car was fixed. That I would like to see the charges against the kid reduced down to an infraction as long as he receives the care that he needed to get better. As we ended the call I didn&#8217;t hear back from this family or the case for nearly two years. When the other day I received a knock on the door, this time it was that same kid completely changed to the point that I could notice his countenance shining. He handed me a great thank you note thanking me of the forgiveness that I showed him those two years ago. He had also said that he was leaving in just a couple months to serve a mission for his  church.</p>
<p>That instance of gratitude from that changed young man was such a blessing on that Wednesday morning when he thank me for my forgiveness,  and I thank god that I was able to experience it. I thank god that he also allowed me to not only be prepared to forgive him that night two years ago, but that I had the opportunity to forgive him that night and change a young man&#8217;s life forever for the greater good.  I love my savior lord and king Jesus the Christ he loves all of us. His holy scriptures are true. As we live his gospel life here on this earth is so much more enjoyable. AMEN!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lately this topic is such a heated subject to the point that Democrats call Republicans racists and Republicans say that Democrats have no respect for the rule of law. Lets decipher the language shall we? The Democrats are doing what they have always done to pursue their agenda by pulling out the race card in case you don&#8217;t know already, and the Republicans are getting desperate with bad ideas such as E-Verify and the wall. Let me just say that both parties are in the wrong and both parties have been at fault at the problem for the longest time. With the Democrats radical agenda and the Republicans lack of a back bone to fix the problem not to mention the Republicans willingness to go along with the Democrats agenda.</p>
<p>Now thanks to bad legislation over the years we now have a serious issue here in America that we must address and fix the right way. My goal here is to hopefully educate you in the real solution that would fix the immigration problem along with our entitlement problem, and since the Federal government isn&#8217;t doing anything to fix the problems my solution is on the level of state governments in the form of nullification. So please if you read this make sure you get involved not just on the national level, but the local level where things will change once there is enough of us to make a real change.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s first talk about E-Verify which if you think about it, could and would morph into a National ID Card. Which would be the biggest encroachment  of the Federal government&#8217;s role into every single one of our lives &#8220;which is unconstitutional&#8221;. But not only that with E-Verify that gives the Federal government  right to know who where and when you are working for any particular employer.  This is bad because of two reasons: one is the same Federal government that has lied to us and invaded our lives would then have full access to our employment information, but two we already have to fight to repeal the 16th amendment which since 1913 has given the Federal government power to see what every one makes at any particular day or what he or see owns due to tax right offs.</p>
<p>Now the wall or fence issue, which is very simple because it only limits a small percentage of immigrants from coming here illegally. Sure in the cases such as Arizona it would help them fight against crime but it doesn&#8217;t fix the problem. Another solution that I have heard people talk about is the guest visa programs which will only add to the problems. Let me explain with a couple of common sense answers and a couple of facts that not all people know about. The obvious problem with this solution is the fact that it does not help and actually hurts our 20% plus  unemployment rate nation wide, by not allowing those who are abusing our entitlements from working.  Another reason why work visas is bad, is because of the simple fact that 40% of immigrants over stay their welcome hence another reason why the fence does nothing in fixing the problem. The last reason why work visas are a bad solution to the fix is that of one of my personal experience from what good friends &#8220;who are immigrants&#8221; told me.  That is when immigrants decide to come up under work visas they not only don&#8217;t reinvest the money that they earn back into our country, but they move back to their home countries with currency worth a whole lot more than currency in their own countries and invest in a much nicer lifestyle than when they decided to come into our country. Sure it is a good thing that they improved their lifestyles for their families, but why is that fair to America? When the point of immigration is to come work hard improve your life which in turn improves the quality of life here in America, not some other nation. Now one very bad proposal that has been talked about is amnesty. It was wrong in 1986 as it is today especially today. Why because as a U.S. citizen you have all the  benefits that a U.S. citizen can partake in which includes accessing the unconstitutional entitlement programs. Lets think about this for a second why this notion can not be good. We as a nation is bankrupt because of the entitlements and two there are over 20 million illegals whom are Hispanic not including the other nationalities. So on a fiscal not this would collapse our system of governance.</p>
<p>Now I am sure you are asking what is the solution? Like I said earlier I doubt the federal government is going to do anything to solve this  problem unless it is amnesty. So my ideas must start at a grassroots level with in the independent state legislatures. First is to nullify the federal entitlement laws and programs. Don&#8217;t worry any of you that currently need these programs legitimately, because it is currently in most case scenarios being collected at the state level which means it would then be up to the states to spend it based on how they feel need to spend it. Therefore they could then start the cuts where necessary to prevent the waste and any one here illegally from getting it. Next is to nullify the federal immigration enforcement laws, which once again the state would know how to enforce the problem not the feds. Oh by the way on that note I am one that supports the Arizona immigration enforcement law. Lastly we must also nullify the the federal laws to migrate into the country, then that state must adopt a much easier way to except those who want to be here and say no to the ones who do not want to be here.</p>

Now in our country since the Korean War and including the Korean War not one war has been declared, why? <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_Powers_Resolution" target="_self">Why in 1973  there was a unconstitutional war act passed granting powers to the executive power to fight any war send troops to any region of the world with just a notice to congress of 48 hours?</a> I am not saying that I believe in any secret combination that is seeking to undermine our great nation, but we must not ignore the facts.<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_on_Foreign_Relations"> Like the Council of Foreign Relations whom we do not know about what goes on from with in that organization, as been around since the turn of the twentieth century.</a> Or that the C.F.R. has been the leading force to set up the League of Nations &#8220;which we know was a complete failure&#8221; along with the U.N. &#8220;which is the same thing as the League of Nations&#8221;.  Yes, I did mention the U.N., why because with in the U.N. you have the Security Council to which it has a three vote response to any action that the U.N. takes, and the tie breaker vote is was held by a communist the first 20 years of it&#8217;s inception. I am not trying to make you believe in the new world order conspiracy theory, but you must look at the facts the Korean War and the  Vietnam War were not declare. The Persian Gulf War was also not declared, but yet in a speech given to the troops before the war begun the general at that time had given reference to that war being crucial for the New World Order. Or the fact that President Bush Sr. also gave reference to the New World Order in a televised speech he gave to the American people. The Bush family who are and has been members of the CFR for the longest time. The current war in Afghanistan and Iraq were never declared either.   In fact recently President Obama gave  a few  New World Order speeches one of which was given in <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lsltxgrr_o" target="_self">Berlin</a> and one to <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iEFptctvsqg" target="_self">west point graduates.</a> America why must we continue letting these people or secret combinations to undermine the sovereignty of our great nation, <a href="http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSWLA813120100712" target="_self">when we now have confirmation that Iran will have nuclear weapons very soon &#8220;according to Russia&#8221;.</a> Lets not only raise up and vote in a new congress and senate this November that will defend and uphold the constitution, but will also reverse some of our mistakes to get us back to a constitutional form of law! Let us also tell our current representation to stand up for the constitution and America&#8217;s interests! Together we can take back our country and reestablish our original constitutional form of law, and drive out these secret and non-secret combinations from our country. Like the U.N. and the C.F.R.</p>

<p>The lengthier article title and story in the Deseret News was not quite accurate both as news and because it failed to be listed as an editorial of the authors emotions on the subject of illegal immigration. However, there were within it some pearls of fact not included in the Trib.</p>

<p>I think the two articles were reflective of the event itself. With one significant exception, the PHC people were over thirty years of age and well schooled in the founding documents creating the republic, the biographies of the founders and Patrick Henry, in particular, and the details of the Arizona law that was being protested.  The protesting picnic crashers were overwhelmingly less than thirty years old, students at UVU, and well-versed in Progressive-tainted public school distortions of American history, the founders, the legislative intent of the U.S. Constitution and the details, reasons for, and the intent, of the Arizona law they were protesting. Not one in the protest group understood that to oppose the law is to champion rape trees and forced narcotics transport.</p>
<p>The Brown Beret, (I only saw one) and the RSU, UVU division, (is there another?) combined were less than twenty in number. The newspapers cited thirty protesters.  Not all of the thirty people standing around the reporters were protesters. I was standing there, for example, I should not have been counted, nor the two others that walked over there with me. Also, not protesting were, at least two news reporters and a TV crew.</p>
<p>Half the battle in advancing one&#8217;s point of view is to show up. Tim Bridgewater, Daniel Thatcher, and Carl Wimmer, each a candidate for public office and Cherilyn Eagar, candidate for nomination for Senator, all engaged one on one various members of the protesting group. To their credit, the useful dupes, driven to protest by emotions trumping facts, when presented with facts, stopped chanting and went home. Just a few, maintained a don&#8217;t-confuse-me-with-facts-when-I&#8217;ve-already-made-up-my-mind posture of trying to shout down with slogans the disturbing rebuttals seeking lodging in their minds.</p>
<p>Two of the RSU persons were exceptional. Zach Olpin, drew me aside so that we could discuss the details of the Arizona law without one of his companions screaming in our ears. The other person, the person de facto, if not in actuality, the leader of the RSU, Gregory Lucero, is a very intelligent, literature based, arm-chair revolutionary. Academia, and myself, likes to entertain the delusion that if the &#8220;other&#8221; is presented with a few, or a lot of, facts and documents, they will be persuaded to our side of the discussion. Together, Gregory and I, prove the fallacy of that point of view. We seem to have a similar foundation of literature. He, as I, seems to have studied Latin. Mutually, we can claim to have read, Rousseau, Hobbes, Marx, The Federalist Papers, the Constitution, and the Arizona law 1070. Gregory, hold on to your knickers, Conservatives, carries with him a pocket edition of the Constitution! I bet you thought that an act reserved to right-wing nut cases.</p>
<p>As for conclusions drawn from the reading of those documents, we are diametrically opposed. We did unequivocally agree that the U.S. Constitution specifically was opposed to direct democracy. Nevertheless, the discourse was civil and academic to the point of causing an &#8220;eyes glazing over moment&#8221; for those listening to us debate. ; ^)</p>
<p>Civility, at this point, aside, Gregory, hopefully because he lacks the crucible of history insight and/or the first-hand eye-witness experience, that I have in being at the historical occurrence of minor bloody insurrections in New York City, Chicago &#8217;68, Columbia University&#8217;s Days of Rage, and a few others, is a romantic revolutionary of the most dangerous type. He has a disdain for Thomas Paine because Paine rejected Robespierre&#8217;s literal heads rolling in the streets form of government. He advocates a day when his opponents will stand before firing squads.(It&#8217;s posted on his facebook page.)</p>
<p>I can only hope he gains insight into the genocidal conclusions of his failed, in the crucible of history, political agenda, before he has to experience, and subject the rest of us to, its folly.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For the past several years, there have been discussions concerning adding a constitutional amendment for term limits for US Senators and members of the House of Representatives. Although I know many of you think it is a great idea, in my opinion, it is not the fix for Washington.</p>
<p>Let me begin the explanation of my position by asking some questions: When did the incumbency problem start with US Senators? When did taxation without representation in the form of Federal Income Taxes begin? The answer to both questions is 1913. And what happened in 1913? During Woodrow Wilson’s presidency, two amendments were added to our Constitution that moved us away from the original intent of the Founding Fathers. Those two amendments were the 16<sup>th</sup>, allowing the Congress to “…have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.” and the 17<sup>th</sup>, “The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote…“</p>
<p>Now you are probably thinking that I am right with the 16th Amendment, but you might be thinking I am nuts by calling the 17th Amendment a mistake. The Founding Fathers designed the Federal Government with horizontal checks and balances by dividing the power between three branches &#8211; the Executive, Judicial, and Legislative. They also provided vertical checks and balances by having the citizenry electing the Representatives for the House and the State Legislatures appointing the two Senators from each State. The Senate was to be the stronger of the two houses of Congress and would safeguard the sovereignty and rights of each State. The 17<sup>th</sup> Amendment took vertical power away from the States. Yes, since 1913, the Federal Government has been encroaching on States‘ Rights.</p>
<p>Now let me explain why I believe term limits will not fix the problem. Picture a wall representing the Constitution with cannons on one side representing invaders trying to tear down the wall, and the people of this great land living in freedom with no debt on the other side. Then picture two holes blown through it in 1913 representing these two amendments. Then after years of tax and spend, mountains of debt along with the corruption of the Federal Reserve, chain the free people of America to the chains of tyranny, there comes a carpenter on the “American” side to patch one of the holes with wood not brick, the wood representing the term limits amendment.  Notice which hole is not fixed. You guessed it, it is the 16th amendment hole, which still allows the tax and spend problem, the debt problem, the Federal Reserve problem. Now imagine termites<strong> </strong>and ants or any other bug coming through the wood. These bugs are representing the special interests that kept the incumbents in power all these years finding a way through the wood to use donations for some other “favorite” candidate to be elected. Limiting terms will not prevent corruption of Senators.</p>
<p>What is the fix then? The fix is this, and it starts today with all the bad bills coming out of Washington. Find out who your state legislators are, and ask them to inform the US Senators how the State expects them to vote on Federal legislation. Follow the voting records of your two US Senators. If their voting record goes against the wishes of the State, then vote them out during the next election. I am including your State legislators in the process due to Article 1, section 3, of the Constitution stating that the US Senators are appointed by each of the State legislatures. State control of the US Senate worked perfectly and made this country a well oiled machine from its formation under the Constitution in 1787 till 1913, and since 1913 we have been slipping down the slippery road of socialism with the exception of great presidents like Calvin Coolidge, Warren Harding, and Ronald Reagan. In my opinion, the real fix is to repeal both the 16th and the 17th amendments. I understand this action might be dangerous right now with the progressives in government because this idea would lead to a Constitutional Convention. Here is a thought: In a Constitutional Convention we could not only repeal the 16th and the 17th amendments, but we would have to have the faith that God would protect his piece of art &#8211; this great country and the Constitution.</p>

<li>She is swearing to continue the work that Judge Stevens did while he served on the bench, when it is Judge Stevens that we are extremely happy to be rid of because of his liberal agenda.</li>
<li>She got her law degree from Harvard Law School in 1986, but yet she only worked as a clerk for Justice Thurgood Marshall whom was extremely liberal and had noted that our most precious constitution was defected. &#8220;these two admired each other&#8221;</li>
<li>Then believe it or not Bill Clinton appointed her to be a judge on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, which was unconstitutional by the way because the Senate never confirmed her or even gave her a hearing to be that Judge.</li>
<li>The next Job she had was not full time but a visiting professor at Harvard Law School in 1999, then in 2003 she became the dean of  Harvard Law School where she banned army recruiters because of the armies don&#8217;t ask don&#8217;t tell policy.</li>
<li>She is not only gay with a partner,  but she has been endorsed by gay activist groups.</li>
<li>Like other currupted government officials with in this administration that has ties to Goldman Sachs, this lady was working for <a href="http://www.myfoxchicago.com/dpps/news/elena-kagan-who-is-dpgoha-20100510-fc_7464394">Goldman Sachs markets institute</a> between 2005-2008 as a member on the Research Advisory Council.</li>

<p>Now lets analyze these facts shall we? The first two are pretty self explanatory why it is not good to have yet another <a href="http://www.answers.com/topic/thurgood-marshall">incredible liberal radical judge</a> by looking at the rulings, teachings, and records of both Justice Stevens and Justice Marshall  while on they were on the  bench. The next point is do we really want someone  inexperienced as a lawyer but also lacks the moral principle to except an<a href="http://www.myfoxchicago.com/dpps/news/elena-kagan-who-is-dpgoha-20100510-fc_7464394"> unconstitutional </a>appointment  when she should of refused the job of appeals court judge.  Do we really want a new supreme court judge who has ties to Goldman Sachs? Do we want a new supreme court judge who wants to pursue gay rights by <a href="http://corner.nationalreview.com/post/?q=N2FkYTcxNTczMTdiY2Y0ZDc5NDRkMjNlMmUxM2ZlMTE=">supporting DOMA and would vote in favor of gay rights when Prop. 8 gets to the supreme court</a>, which would open the door for legalizing gay marriage in this great nation? So I hope this is enough proof to get all of us pissed off enough to call our US Senators and tell them to vote NO  in the nomination of this <a href="http://www.zimbio.com/Elena+Kagan/articles/4XWIQM1ScqH/Elena+Kagan+Husband+or+Married">lesbian</a> for supreme court judge!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In these days of uncertainty, with the woes of our bankrupt government. The threat of our government threatening to strip our freedoms and liberties away. The threat of unemployment from our jobs because of the current economic status of our nation. The threat of inflation causing us to scrimp and save every penny that we earn in hopes of providing for ourselves and our families. I could go on and on, needless to say we all have our own problems that worry us and concern us. We all are running around doing what we can and all that we can for our hopes and our desires of our hearts. Let me give you all some words of kind and valuable advise, in the form of a couple analogies. Picture yourself swaying between doing the things of good and value in this life and then of doing the things of worthlessness, slothfulness and anything else in this life that have no value. Not being anchored down in way such or form, finding yourself  being addicted to the one direction of not so much value and on occasion swinging back to what is of value and good. Now here is another analogy, picture yourself only doing the things that are of good and of value in this life never having the desire to sway over to what is not of value in this life because you are anchored down with a massive rock. That massive rock that I talk about is the Savior Jesus Christ and that rope that connects you to the &#8220;rock&#8221; is your faith in the Savior. Now you decide which is better? Good or Bad? If you are anything like myself you found yourself answering good not bad. If you are now asking yourself what are the steps to be ancored to Christ, here is your answer. Search ponder and pray in his great and valuable works, or search out his servants that may be teaching his and only his word. Using a member of the god head the Holy Ghost which will burn from with in your chest confirming that what you found in your studies is actually his teachings. The easiest way to feel this Holy Ghost I speak of is to pray and ask to feel of him before and after you  conduct your search. In closing that it is in him  Jesus Christ our Savior that is our rock our foundation for all that is of good and value in this life, and it is in him that keeps us strong in the face of adversity. To not only rescue us from our trials but gives us strength to survive our trials. I wish all of my readers well and let God be with you. God Bless you all.</p>
