Lately this topic is such a heated subject to the point that Democrats call Republicans racists and Republicans say that Democrats have no respect for the rule of law. Lets decipher the language shall we? The Democrats are doing what they have always done to pursue their agenda by pulling out the race card in case you don’t know already, and the Republicans are getting desperate with bad ideas such as E-Verify and the wall. Let me just say that both parties are in the wrong and both parties have been at fault at the problem for the longest time. With the Democrats radical agenda and the Republicans lack of a back bone to fix the problem not to mention the Republicans willingness to go along with the Democrats agenda.
Now thanks to bad legislation over the years we now have a serious issue here in America that we must address and fix the right way. My goal here is to hopefully educate you in the real solution that would fix the immigration problem along with our entitlement problem, and since the Federal government isn’t doing anything to fix the problems my solution is on the level of state governments in the form of nullification. So please if you read this make sure you get involved not just on the national level, but the local level where things will change once there is enough of us to make a real change.
Let’s first talk about E-Verify which if you think about it, could and would morph into a National ID Card. Which would be the biggest encroachment of the Federal government’s role into every single one of our lives “which is unconstitutional”. But not only that with E-Verify that gives the Federal government right to know who where and when you are working for any particular employer. This is bad because of two reasons: one is the same Federal government that has lied to us and invaded our lives would then have full access to our employment information, but two we already have to fight to repeal the 16th amendment which since 1913 has given the Federal government power to see what every one makes at any particular day or what he or see owns due to tax right offs.
Now the wall or fence issue, which is very simple because it only limits a small percentage of immigrants from coming here illegally. Sure in the cases such as Arizona it would help them fight against crime but it doesn’t fix the problem. Another solution that I have heard people talk about is the guest visa programs which will only add to the problems. Let me explain with a couple of common sense answers and a couple of facts that not all people know about. The obvious problem with this solution is the fact that it does not help and actually hurts our 20% plus unemployment rate nation wide, by not allowing those who are abusing our entitlements from working. Another reason why work visas is bad, is because of the simple fact that 40% of immigrants over stay their welcome hence another reason why the fence does nothing in fixing the problem. The last reason why work visas are a bad solution to the fix is that of one of my personal experience from what good friends “who are immigrants” told me. That is when immigrants decide to come up under work visas they not only don’t reinvest the money that they earn back into our country, but they move back to their home countries with currency worth a whole lot more than currency in their own countries and invest in a much nicer lifestyle than when they decided to come into our country. Sure it is a good thing that they improved their lifestyles for their families, but why is that fair to America? When the point of immigration is to come work hard improve your life which in turn improves the quality of life here in America, not some other nation. Now one very bad proposal that has been talked about is amnesty. It was wrong in 1986 as it is today especially today. Why because as a U.S. citizen you have all the benefits that a U.S. citizen can partake in which includes accessing the unconstitutional entitlement programs. Lets think about this for a second why this notion can not be good. We as a nation is bankrupt because of the entitlements and two there are over 20 million illegals whom are Hispanic not including the other nationalities. So on a fiscal not this would collapse our system of governance.
Now I am sure you are asking what is the solution? Like I said earlier I doubt the federal government is going to do anything to solve this problem unless it is amnesty. So my ideas must start at a grassroots level with in the independent state legislatures. First is to nullify the federal entitlement laws and programs. Don’t worry any of you that currently need these programs legitimately, because it is currently in most case scenarios being collected at the state level which means it would then be up to the states to spend it based on how they feel need to spend it. Therefore they could then start the cuts where necessary to prevent the waste and any one here illegally from getting it. Next is to nullify the federal immigration enforcement laws, which once again the state would know how to enforce the problem not the feds. Oh by the way on that note I am one that supports the Arizona immigration enforcement law. Lastly we must also nullify the the federal laws to migrate into the country, then that state must adopt a much easier way to except those who want to be here and say no to the ones who do not want to be here.
